Referral and report status
Referral status
The referral object has a "status" attribute:
| Status | definition |
|---|---|
| Created | Referral created by the clinician. |
| Submitted | Referral submitted to the patient. |
| Confirmed | The referral has been confirmed. Either by the patient or via the API. |
| Received | The imaging provider has received the referral. |
| Scan Booked | A time slot has been booked with the imaging provider. |
| Completed | The referral process is completed, and the scan report has been shared with the patient and the referring clinician. |
2 extra steps can happen at any time of the referral flow:

| On hold | The appointment has been put on hold. Please contact us for more information. |
| Cancelled | The appointment has been cancelled. |
Report status
The referral object has a "report_status" attribute specific to the scan report:

|---|---|
| At first, report_status is blank | |
| Pending | Once the referral is looked into by our team. |
| Ready | When the referral process is completed, the imaging report has been shared with the patient and the referring clinician. |
