Pick and book time slots for a scan referral.
    The time slot will be held for 6 hours if the referral is not confirmed by then.
    Each time slot is divided in 15 minutes blocks of time.
    Each 15 minute block has an ID.
    For example, for a 30 minutes time slot, you would need to book 2 IDs.
    Use the "List available time slots" endpoint from the "Imaging Providers" section to obtain the time slot IDs.
