    The following fields may also be required:
        - safety_question_list
        - patient_information.gp_details
    Scan.com will start processing the referral once it is confirmed. We will arrange the
    scan with the imaging provider and will update the referral when the scan is completed.
    The referral cannot be updated once it is confirmed.
